LICENSING
Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required in order to get updates and support. After one year, license keys may be renewed at a 30% discount from the purchase price of a new license.
SOFTWARE UPDATES
Automatic updates are available to license holders who have an active and valid subscription and license key. Updates are included for free for one year. Updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. You can also download the latest version of the plugin by logging into your account.
SUPPORT SERVICES
Multi Rating Pro sells and distributes plugins "as is" and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like, or that they will be compatible with all third-party components and plugins.
Support is only available for those who have an active license. Basic support is provided for one year after the purchase date on the number of sites per your license. If you wish to get support after one year, you must renew your license key or purchase a new license. For purchases that include an automatically renewing subscription, support will be provided for as long as the subscription remains active.
If you have a support query, please submit a message using the contact form. Support services do not include customization or custom CSS requests. Please do not raise a topic on the WordPress.org support forum unless it is related to the free plugin.
Multi Rating Pro will not provide support services for websites which contain offensive, pornographic, hateful or malicious content.
REFUNDS
If you have problems getting a purchased plugin(s) to work, a full refund will be provided within 30 days of the original purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be given. Before a refund will be granted, you must raise a support query and let me try and help solve any problem. NOTE: refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased plugin(s) or do not adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
If you have simply forgotten to unsubscribe to automatic renewals and inadvertently paid for a renewal, if the refund request is within 30 days of the purchase we will refund you the amount guaranteed with no questions asked.
PRICE CHANGES
Multi Rating Pro reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a plugin subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.
EMAIL
Multi Rating Pro may occasionally send you emails related to the purchase of product(s) from our company. We may also send you occasional email newsletters relating to Multi Rating Pro updates, promotions, add-ons and the like (if you have subscribed to the e-mail list). We will never sell or release your email to any third party vendors. You may opt out of these emails at any time without penalty.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Multi Rating Pro be liable for any lost profits or special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever.
SEVERABILITY
If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer.
